Schöne, saubere und sehr charmante Unterkunft! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und viele entspannte Abende auf der tollen Terrasse verbracht! Tolle ruhige Unterkunft mit einem fantastischen Blick über Agaete und auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und uns hat der offene Wohnbereich, bzw die überdachte Terasse sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage war für uns perfekt. Morgens und nachmittags auf der Terrasse zu entspannen war wunderschön mit der unvergesslichen Aussicht. Juan war sehr hilfreich und alles ist reibungslos verlaufen. La casa manipa est un véritable coin de paradis. Décorée avec goût. La vue est incroyable. On s'y sent immédiatement bien. Manuel est réactif et très attentionné. We had an amazing 5 days at Juan Manuel's home. It was exactly as shown on the pictures. Very private and quiet, with sun coming in at different times of the day. The decor was amazing and we had everything we needed for our stay. Juan communicated well with us and provided many local recommendations that made our stay amazing. Gorgeous views over the valley, amazing sunsets. Juan's place is such a peaceful place to relax read a book and have some wine, the terrace and garden is such an asset. They bed is very comfy, it had good shower and the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed (although we did no cooking) Agaete is windy but you feel really tucked into the hill side and can enjoy the terrace still.We were given plenty of recommendations and communication was 5* we would definitely would go back.

The place is amazing. Juan has built a small paradise here. We simply loved the location, the terrace, the view. The kitchen, separated from the bedroom area, had all you needed. You have all the peace and quiet here, intimacy, as well. And the view from the terrace is something that will stay with you forever and you'll wish to come back to. It's a unique accommodation. We had an amazing stay at the house. The place is so beautiful, it has the most stunning view over the town and the ocean and you can watch amazing sunsets from every room, especially the open living space. We came by car and there is free parking on the street above, then you take a few stairs down to the property. Check-In and check-out were easy and Juan Manuel is a great host, we were always able to reach him and he had great recommendations. We were there with our one year old daughter, which worked great, just if your child is walking already maybe keep in mind that there's a garden and a terrace and roof-top that are not child-proof. Also we had a couple of suprisingly warm days and it was a bit tricky to keep the rooms cool for naps and bed time, since there is no air-con. The location of the house is awesome, there are great options to eat close by, a small supermarket and the beautiful Agaete Valley with lots to do, natural pools and fresh fish down at the beach.
